Ho soggiornato due notti in questa struttura. Quanto mai. Iniziamo dal fatto che la pulizia non sappiano neanche cosa voglia dire. Quei pochi nobili che ci sono sono rovinati e sporchi, comprese lenzuola. Il riscaldamento non esisteva, accendevano i caloriferi solo al pomeriggio per poco tempo. Di sera pioveva dentro la stanza, dato il brutto tempo. Tende sporche e non stirate. L’acqua della doccia a tratti fredda. Esperienza che sconsiglio a chiunque… non ci tornerò neanche sotto tortura.

Confermo le precedenti recensioni. Va bene il minimalismo ma questo è eccessivo Se ci sono gli stand per gli abiti perché non ci sono le grucce? E poi cosa costerebbe uno sgabello in bagno? Senza contare che se contatti via mail o whatsapp non ti risponde nessuno Cmq se vi accontentate della buona posizione...no problem

Positive notes are the underground parking space and the location a stone's throw from the center. Negative notes dirty walls and floors, no wardrobe or shelf to put clothes, no shower towel, small beds and rooms. With the same rates others can certainly do much better.

Ich bin ein wenig verwundert ob der schlechten Bewertungen hier. Ich empfand meinen Aufenthalt als sehr schön. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Ablageflächen, Nachtlicht und sauberem Bad. Ich hatte KEINEN Schimmel und KEINE nassen Handtücher. Der TV funktionierte und die Heizung auch. Die Lage ist gut. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell in die Innenstadt. Ich fand die Lösung mit der Schlüsselbox am Eingang und dem Pin Code an der Zimmertür auch ideal. So kann man keinen Schlüssel verlieren. Die Wände sind jedoch etwas dünn und die Straße kann laut werden. Dazu gibt es kein Wifi? Es ist 2021? Dachte nicht, dass es sowas noch gibt.

The facilities were terrible. 1) One of the two pillows had a foam filling that was deformed. 2) the fan did NOT work and there is NO air conditioning 3) there were NO sheets 4) there were hairs from previous guests (general poor cleaning) 5) there is no soap or shampoo in the bathroom The worst of all is that I contacted the owner via WhatsApp, who read the messages but did NOT respond. It is a complete SCAM to have paid 110 euros per night and the fact of not having a minimum of customer service makes it the worst stay I have had in my entire life. PLEASE do not rent this accommodation. They should take away his license.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura nel ponte dell’immacolata e ci hanno truffato nel vero senso della parola!!!! Le foto delle camere , quella bella sul sito, ne hanno forse una, e le altre sono sgabuzzini con brande che spacciamo per letti!!!! Senza armadio!!!!! E a mala pena lo spazio per il letto!!! Forse la foto allarga anche troppo delle dimensioni reali!!!Da far chiudere a mio avviso o da non pubblicizzare in rete perche è un b&b da 50 euro a notte per due persone!!!! Purtroppo la città era in overbooking e siamo stati costretti a rimanere due notti per un prezzo assurdooooo!!!!534 euroooooo!!!!! Sono state le mie peggior notti della mia vita negli alberghi/b&b e sono 35 anni che giro per il mondo!!!! Da non tenere in considerazione assolutamente!!!!! Ps: receptionist maleducata e non disponibile!!!! Forse pensava bastasse essere carina!!!! Ma per me neanche lo era🤣🤣🤣🤣

Abbiamo prenotato per il Ponte dell 8 dicembre spendendo la somma di 540 euro . Appena entrati volevo scappare, uno sgabuzzino senza armadio , una rella con 5 stampelle rotte , kit da bagno inesistente e senza asciugamani per la doccia , sporca letto una piazza a malapena ci siamo entrati .Le foto postate da Booking non corrispondono alla realtà. Farò di tutto per far in modo che i prossimi clienti futuri non cadano in questo tranello

Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà.. non fatevi ingannare... all'interno della stanza (minuscola), non c'erano nemmeno le cose basiche come un armadietto o il bidet. Io non ci stavo nemmeno nel letto...vergogna

Bei der Buchung musste ich die Kreditkartennummer angeben. Im "Hotel" wurde dann verlangt, dass ich bar bezahle. Leider wurde meine Kreditkarte auch belastet. Ich habe über Whatsapp dann Kontakt aufgenommen und zugesichert bekommen, dass es sich hierbei um einen Fehler handelt und ich das Geld zurück bekomme. Das ist nun 2 Monate her. Mehrere Kontaktversuche in den letzten Wochen verliefen ins Leere und ich werde ignoriert.
