The hotel has a nice pool with great view. Not so far from the main train station, so pretty convenient.

Really bad experience and ended up booking an extra room with no way to unsubscribe. It is recommended that Ctrip improve it.

Super happy to live here! The environment is good and hygienic, the service is good, the breakfast is good, all with flying colors, and there are swimming pools and spas. I am the most satisfied hotel of the whole trip. I'll go back and relive it when I have time.

Toller, hilfsbereiter und entgegenkommender Service. Zimmerwunsch wurde vollständig erfüllt, Anfrage für Late Check-Out wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit bestätigt. Selten so einen zuvorkommenden Service erlebt. Lage ist für alle die den Stadtkern besichtigen wollen nicht ideal, aber mit ÖPNV ist man schnell am Bahnhof Bozen (＜10 Minuten mit dem Zug ab Bahnhof Bozen Süd; rund 18 Minuten mit dem Bus). Zimmer ist völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Teils etwas altmodisch (Badewanne mit Dusche), aber alles im Rahmen. Wellnessbereich ist super, der Pool leider zu klein um ihn fürs Schwimmen richtig nutzen zu können.

A big thank you to Anita. The service is just great. Great massage in a great ambience. Trained specialists are at work here. The spa area is highly recommended, very well maintained and clean. Many, many thanks again. We were travelling through on our motorbikes. Everything was uncomplicated. Very good rooms, very good bar, very good value for money.
