After reading all the duff reviews we were in trepidation of our booking, made many weeks previously. We were so pleasantly surprised. Arriving at 3pm to a warm Italian welcome the hotel is very modern with quirky decor. Beautiful views across to the river Trento with the fantastic Italian Alps (?) as a magnificent backdrop. Pleasant 15min walk into the town centre which is also fabulous. The only drawback was the parking, but we were persistent and eventually lucky in procuring a space right outside the hotel with a sticker from reception for the windscreen. No breakfast so probably overpriced at €154 for one double room for 1 night, but definitely nothing to moan about.

Siamo stati una notte all'Hotel Ariston di Bolzano. L'Hotel è situato a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Il parcheggio è previsto nelle immediate vicinanze dell'Hotel in area pubblica. Eravamo due persone più un cane accettato già in fase di prenotazione con un leggero sovrapprezzo. Siamo stati accolti da una persona estremamente gentile. Abbiamo trovato le stanze pulite, riscaldate e confortevoli. Password wifi consegnata al check-in. Il prezzo per una notte a Bolzano corretto. Non è presente un'ascensore ma questo per noi non è stato di impedimento.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte. L'hotel è abbastanza carino, si trova a 15 minuti dal centro, ma purtroppo la zona in cui si trova non ci è sembrata delle più tranquille. La ragazza dello staff che ci ha accolto non è stata molto cordiale e esaustiva. L'hotel non ha l'ascensore e non prevede la colazione. Ci sono però distributori automatici di bevande e cibo al piano delle stanze. La stanza risulta pulita, un po piccola per 3 persone. Inoltre l'hotel dispone di un piccolo garage privato a pagamento, poco distante dall'hotel, per macchine, moto e bici.

Albergo modesto, ingresso sconfortante, privo di ascensore. Stanza in ordine e pulita. Posizione scomoda al centro. Prezzo assolutamente esagerato: per una notte il 13 agosto 2021: € 170 senza colazione.

Horrible hotel which is not as advertised. Room smelled like cigarettes, no elevator no restaurants, limited parking. area around the hotel is very sketchy. Felt like a pay-by-the-hour hotel, left after 10 minutes. Felt very unsafe with my family and left and they wouldn't refund me despite it being only 10 mins between checking in and deciding not to stay there.

The water pressure is very bad, and the sink is too small.
When attempting to wash the face the entire bathroom got wet.
The AC doesn’t work and the room gets very humid
