Hotel Regina

Отель хороший, с наружи неприметный , но рядом с вокзалом, ночью тишина поездов не слышно. Завтрак хороший, из горячего только омлет. Но много холодных закусок и сладкого.

Posizione ottima, vicina a stazione e centro … personale super gentile e disponibile, possibilità di deposito bagagli anche per il giorno di check out, stanza pulita e comoda. Sicuramente per il prossimo viaggio a Bolzano sarà la nostra scelta.

We stayed with my family in this 3 star Hotel Regina. The room for two people was instead made for four and paid for for four, making it practically impossible to move. The wardrobe doors didn't even open. Upon asking for explanations, I was told that this was the room for four. What should never happen in a hotel, even a three-star one, is that we spent a sleepless night both because of the very hard mattresses, and that of the kids there were some protruding springs, then the even more sore point was the adjacent rooms who snored. It was like having them in the same room as us. My son was supposed to compete in an Italian fencing championship the following morning, so you can imagine how rested he was. Cleanliness and breakfast receive a rating of 7 out of 10. The distance from the center is 8 out of 10.

Hasty and uncommunicative staff in a structure only good for spending one night. When we returned to Bolzano a few days later we asked to leave our luggage, paying, for a few hours until lunch, but they told us that they did not take responsibility in this sense; we therefore asked to rent a room for half the day where we could leave our luggage and release it after lunch (a room that we would not have used and therefore would not have soiled). Although there were rooms available, the only option they gave us was to take it at full price and also for the night. Alas this is the difference between letting people sleep and providing hospitality. Sin

Family holiday. A nice hotel near the station, convenient to the beautiful historic center of Bolzano. Super breakfast, friendly staff, warm and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for a visit to Bolzano, we had a very good time!

The breakfast is plentiful and good. It's good value for money, the coop is close, downtown is close, and the train and bus stop is close.

A great base for sightseeing in Bolzano. The parking lot is small, so it was difficult to park. Breakfast was very good. The room was a little small but comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel at Christmas, renovated rooms, warm and equipped with all comforts, very kind staff, rich breakfast, equipped with paid garage, we took advantage of the Christmas package and they left us a loaf of bread, biscuits, cups it's a game of society. The hotel is central, a few steps from the square with the markets.
