Responsabile della reception volgare ed arrogante quando ho chiesto delle informazioni... forse non adatto a quel tipo di lavoro. Materasso del letto scomodo probabilmente per usura La pulizia della stanza non fatta accuratamente dopo la prima notte (soggiorno 2 notti) Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero pessimo Hotel da evitare a Bolzano c'è ne sono di mogliori per accoglienza.

The best hotel with the best service great for staff with awesome rooms we got upgraded for a twin bed because we didn't had a balcony and the hotel lady was kind enough to replace the room on the 2nd floor would recommend who's coming to bolzano

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt, zur Laubengasse oder dem Waltherplatz sind es nur 5 min. Fussweg. Überhaupt haben wir das Auto während des gesamten Aufenthalts auf dem abgeschlossenen Hotelparkplatz gelassen (Tiefgarage ist gegen Gebühr möglich), zur Rittner Seilbahn sind es auch nur 3 min. Trotz der relativ zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Die modernisierten Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, das Bad mit einer Walk-in Dusche läßt genügend Bewegungsfreiheit. Ein wettergeschützter Balkon zum Garten und Pool (dafür war es im März zu kalt) runden den guten Eindruck ab. Die Betten sind bequem, mir allerdings etwas zu weich. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet eine große Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Obst und süßen Teilchen, Eierspeisen können ohne Aufpreis bestellt werden. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Ottimo hotel e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le camere sono pulite, ben arredate, spaziose e anche il letto è molto comodo. Il personale è molto gentile e anche la colazione offre una vasta gamma di prodotti e, a richiesta, anche prodotti senza glutine. E' leggermente più decentrato rispetto ad altri hotel, ma Bolzano è piccola e in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro città e anche la stazione ferroviaria.

Hotel centralissimo a Bolzano con parcheggio riservato. Da fuori la struttura è bella ma pare un po’ datata…in realtà all’interno è stato rinnovato ed è molto curato. Avevo una camera doppia uso singola, molto grande, pulitissima, con un letto grande e materasso comodo. Non c’è plastica nelle camere, ma bicchieri e bottiglie in vetro, ciabattine in un cestino e con fascetta di carta, molto bene! La sala da pranzo è affrescata da un pittore locale, particolare. Essendo fuori stagione non ho usufruito del giardino/piscina ma ho usato la sauna, che pur non essendo in una area benessere, ma ricavata da una stanza, è ben attrezzata.

Hotel con una struttura storica, caratteristica dell'Alto Adige, decisamente bello! Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro in circa 10 minuti di cammino e per i mercatini di Natale è stato davvero utile. E' dotato di due tipologie di posteggio (una all'aperto a pochi metri, gratuita e una a pagamento in un garage sotterraneo proprio di fronte all'hotel). La pulizia della stanza è ottima, la colazione è assolutamente valida e sono attenti anche agli intolleranti, offrendo ad esempio di preparare su richiesta cioccolata calda con latte senza lattosio; molte le torte e i dolci presenti, che in generale sono buonissimi. Per quanto riguarda il menù à la carte per la cena, l'ho trovato un po' scarso di proposte (inoltre la cotoletta che avevo richiesto aveva la panatura completamente staccata), quindi diciamo che potrebbe essere migliorabile da questo punto di vista.

Albergo in ottima posizione con comodi parcheggi a disposizione. La colazione è molto ricca e il personale gentile e attento. Sarebbe un voto altissimo ma il rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto alle stanze e ai servizi è decisamente elevato anche per una città costosa come Bolzano.

Hotel pulito e in prossimità del centro. Colazione buona con lo strudel e dolci tipici. Camera accogliente e grande arredata in stile moderno. Incluso avevamo una carta che ci ha permesso di accedere gratuitamente al museo di Otzi e ai servizi pubblici -

Tutto quasi perfetto, sono un cliente ventennale dell' H. Scala, anche se preferisco le camere affacciate sulla via Brennero perché un po' più spaziose. Prima colazione sempre ottima, e in estate, quando ho cenato all'aperto, tutto molto confortevole, quasi a bordo piscina… Personale molto accogliente, e a volte lo è anche Peter!! Strategico perché vicino a piazza Walter e ai portici, val sempre la pena passare qualche giorno a BZ.
