This property is on the outskirts of the main tourist area but is very close to the bus stop, which you can use freely with the city card provided by the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby. The single room is extremely small.

Fatiscente, scomodo per parcheggio, camera appena riverniciata con puzza di vernice, ho dovuto dormire con finestre aperte a ribalta. Prezzo da 4 stelle, servizi da 2. Ma la cosa più assurda: una bottiglia d'acqua da 75: 4,80 euro... da denunci

Ho pernottato per una notte presso questa struttura per lavoro. Arrivo in camera, entro in doccia, ma il miscelatore dell’acqua non funziona. Risultato: Acqua gelida. Mi guardo attorno e noto anche l’assenza del bidet. Ottimo direi! Mi rivesto e scendo in reception, ma scopro che il manutentore dopo le ore 19 non ci sarà fino all’indomani, e non è possibile un cambio di stanza in quanto l’hotel è full. Anche di fronte al mio disappunto, fanno spallucce rispondendo che loro purtroppo non possono fare altro, e si augurano che il problema possa risolversi. Cosa che non è successa, anche dopo svariati tentativi nella notte, e all’alba. La mattina seguente, al check-out, mi presentano il conto: 172€ per una camera “matrimoniale ad uso singolo” (15mq), un piccolo bagno senza bidet e con doccia inutilizzabile, colazione e parcheggio. Niente scuse, nessuno sconto rispetto al preventivo. Faccio presente che la tariffa intera dovrebbe comprendere i servizi BASILARI, tipo l’utilizzo della doccia. Ma evidentemente in questo hotel non funziona così.

A Bolzano per un evento ho utilizzato la struttura come hotel di appoggio per una notte. Esperienza con luci ed ombre, mi spiego : accoglienza all'arrivo fatta da persona preparata che ha fornito chiare informazioni sul parcheggio, piuttosto scomodo , ma decisamente spazioso. in partenza , la collega decisamente molto meno preparata , mi ha fatto andare su e giù 3 volte al parcheggio con tanto di bagagli in quanto non capiva se fosse aperto o meno; se fosse almeno stata cortese avrei potuto capire la poca esperienza; la cortesia è sempre gratuita. Per il resto camera pulita, spaziosa, ma non economica vista la stagionalità. ho trovato "interessante" il campanile vicinissimo che ha fatto sentire più volte la sua potente voce non posso giudicare la colazione non compresa, visto come andava ho preferito un bar esterno. Se ripasso in zona sicuramente cerco un altra struttura

Camera confortevole, pulizia impeccabile. Personale disponibile e gentile. Posizione non molto centrale ma assolutamente comoda per andare in centro con il bus che passa ogni 10 minuti e del tutto gratuito. Parcheggio auto a pagamento 7€ intera giornata e vicinissimo all’hotel. Consiglio vivamente per qualità prezzo.
