Hermoso hotel, muy limpio,muy cómodo. El personal es super atento. Buffet en desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Todo muy bien y rico. Habitaciones super limpias todos los días. Se agradece mucho el kit de cortesía del frigobar. Algun detalle pero que no ameritan ni mencionar. Todo muy bien

A avaliação não é sobre a viagem, cancelada pela desastre no meu RS, mas sobre a insensibilidade da empresa ao negar ressarcir o valor, que fará falta na ajuda às vítimas da enchente. Apenas deram crédito por um ano. Faltou solidariedade. 😔

Não vale o preço cobrado. Pontos positivos: Piscina aquecida e coberta, no verão piscina com vista, Praia com acesso privativo, quarto bem grande. Praia do canto é bem legal e meio privativa. O Boulevard é bem bonitinho. Pontos negativos: Péssimos de check-in, check-out, com bastante demora. Comunicação ruim, entre eles e com os hóspedes, pois cada um fala uma coisa diferente. Tem vários comércios dentro do hotel que são a parte mas em pleno feriadão de páscoa não estavam funcionando. A área kids gratuita do local fecha às 18h e depois disso não tem mais nada para fazer, principalmente para as crianças. A iluminação nas áreas fora do Boulevard são bem precárias. As bebidas extremamente caras. Heineken long R$20 e Corona long R$22 e você não tem outra opção, carta de vinhos extremamente caros e nem estamos falando de vinhos especiais. Na piscina a long custa R$15. Os drinks são caríssimos, o ruim é que você está preso ao hotel já que sair é tudo um pouco mais longe. Quando contratamos, dizia ter música e só teve no primeiro dia. Em fim, para ser melhor deveria ter mais atrações, principalmente para as crianças.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste resort , não mudou nada em 1 ano . Ficamos num chalé , muito espaçoso , cama confortável , itens grátis no frigobar . Piscina externa de bom tamanho, bom serviço de bar . Café da manhã muito bom . Jantar ok . Serviço de praia incluso , atendentes muito solícitos . Não fiz uso de serviços de SPA e sauna , então não posso avaliar . Pretendemos retornar em breve

A beleza da praia é indiscutível. No entanto, a estrutura está desatualizada. O chalé 84 que ficamos era escuro, móveis antigos e nada aconchegante. As dependências comuns também carecem de atualização, parece que o resort “estacionou” em 1990. O café da manhã é bom. Porém, o jantar da meia pensão é péssimo, a comida é digna de buffet a kg de almoço do meio dia. Nada diferenciado, somente pensado na quantidade. Inclusive vimos reaproveitamento do jantar anterior no jantar do outro dia. Disseram que uma opção de carne vermelha era filet, e na realidade era contrafilé. Seria melhor se colocassem o que realmente é. Da última vez que estivemos lá, tivemos uma experiência incrível. Mas não vamos retornar e ficou uma péssima impressão.
