Só temos a agradecer o excelente serviço prestado pelos colaboradores Eduardo e Sérgio. Foram sempre prestáveis durante todo o percurso. Simpatia, humildade, profissionalismo foram as características que mais nos ficaram marcadas. O percurso em si é deslumbrante, acompanhado com uma bebida fresca e uma música escolhida pelo dj torna-se memorável. O jantar dentro do barco foi também inesquecível, a qualidade e o requinte marcaram pela diferença. Muito obrigada! Recomendamos e voltaremos sempre que possível.

Aqui deixo minha insatisfação à pousada vila portuguesa sem nem mesmo ter havido a oportunidade de utilizar o serviço pago. Na data em questão, da reserva, tivemos um problema com suspeita de covid de um dos nossos colaboradores (que se hospedaria) e gentilmente solicitei que a pousada apenas modificasse a data da nossa reserva. A pousada me respondeu que não poderia fazer isto pois a propriedade iria encerrar as suas atividades, sendo que até agora permanece aberta, não nos dando a oportunidade de conhecer e voltar, quem sabe sempre sortear aos nossos colaboradores as viagens para este local. Tentamos resolver com o booking que nem sequer os retorna sobre o assunto. Ou seja, pela situação do covid e falta de sensibilidade da pousada, perdeu a oportunidade. Achei uma tremenda falta de respeito com o cliente devido a situação delicada que estamos vivendo.

La mejor posada de Bombinhas. La ubicación es ideal, el desayuno es DELICIOSO y muy completo. El personal ÚNICO! Personas maravillosas y muy agradables. Arnold, Ivone, Jeferson, Katia, Larissa y las demás personas son geniales. La habitación limpia, la cama súper cómoda, el baño impecable.
