格拉丹東酒店攜程上看還不錯，實際入住感覺很差，酒店設施本來並不差，但是管理拉垮，一進酒店大堂就感覺破敗不堪的樣子，訂了雙床房前台給了大床房，可見酒店工作人員漫不經心，很懶散。看着酒店的臟亂差的樣子，晚飯我也沒敢去餐廳吃飯，吃了方便麪，一個酒店讓客人連吃飯的勇氣都沒有，管理者怎麼經營的？
