The reception service was bilingual and professional. However, the bed linen was not clean and in addition I felt an itchy back after I lay down. Toilet clogged, hand washbasin inoperable. Construction noise during the stay.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean but could use a little maintenance and repairs of non functional amenities . Water pressure is low on the third floor and wifi does not work either.
