Very lovely, nice and clean hotel. The single room is a small but cozy room. Has everything I needed. Services are awesome especially for after hour check-in. The instruction is very clear and easy to follow. Would consider to stay here again.
Only thing is it’s a bit hard to find a parking nearby at night.

House keeping is done every two days. No elevator. No safe. On checkin, room had lots of hairs, probably from the former guest.

Interesting concept to have rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Nice people. Good location, though, a long walk to the beaches.

Clean and bright and so well located. Lovely building and room, thank you. Unf I had not realised I had paid $495 per night for a room without a bathroom! Expensive. Also the repeated noise all night - was it the air conditioner or pipes in the walls? The staff said they didn’t know - but i saw this has been in past reviews. The noise of corridor doors opening and closing is also disruptive: sound proofing is not a thing here. I asked for an iron at 5.30 Sat night but didn’t hear back until Sunday morning - too late.

We stayed at the Baxley for 4 nights. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room had brilliant aircon to keep the room cool. We had fresh towels every 2 days. I can’t fault anything about this accommodation.

The Baxley Bondi was in a great location, was clean, with great front desk staff. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We would stay there again in no time. Note: The shared bathrooms were always clean, we never had an issue getting in one or with cleanliness.
