Possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. To begin with, we stayed in a private double room. On the first night, there were cockroaches on the walls and the floor, the fridge was dirty and there was no fan in the room. Additionally, the showers and toilets were in a shocking condition with broken tiles on the floor and mould on ceiling and walls. Finally, the kitchen was an abomination with no cutlery, barely a few pans and no plates. Safe to say we are glad Noah’s was only booked for 2 nights stay.

This is the filthiest and most psychotic backpackers I've ever stayed in. Booked a double room, told at 7 pm that only dormitory available. Rude Chinese speaking receptionist couldn't understand why that was a problem. Room was ten degrees Celsius in the middle of winter, no working heater or blankets. Fan heater had no working fan and kept tripping all the circuits when it got hot. Receptionist thought it was fine because it felt hot to the touch. Most power points in the rooms are hanging mid air with wiring exposed. Sink in room had no hot water, hot tap permanently shut down. Fire alarms and night evacuations are regular. If you ask to speak to the manager you are told "we are all managers". The actual manager pretends she can only speak French.

No option for short term visitors. I was placed in a messy dorm room that felt so unclean I decided not to stay. It’s understandable that rooms with long term guests will get cluttered but there should be rooms for people who are only staying a couple night. No refunds!! And I didn’t think twice about staying it felt so dirty. Boo hoo Mr. receptionist you are mean :p

Please do yourself a favour and AVOID! We definitely wish we did. From looking at other comments and reviews, and the great location we went with here thinking it would be ideal for our short stay but we were so wrong! We ended up not even staying for our two nights that we had paid for because it was so bad! We booked a couples room and when we landed in we were horrified by the state of the room! The sheets had dirty stains, the curtains all mould and the room clearly just not cleaned. Save your money & go elsewhere!
