Hotel was friendly to puppies and was very clean. Housekeeping was accommodating. I am a freak for cleanliness and this hotel met my standards. Upon checkout there was a very nice breakfast bar with omelettes, bagels, oatmeal and lots of fresh fruit. The room had refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. I would book that hotel again.

Attended a meeting in the conference room for 3 days. Rain water got in room multiple times. Floor soaked and room stinks. Manager on duty was defensive and not listening to our concerns. but Precious was the best employee! She asked how can I help you several times. A/C did not work well in our actual hotel room and the floor was wet there too. No toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom. Overall the hotel was clearly not concerned with all our possessions we had in the room and whether or not they got wet and ruined. Went downstairs this morning for breakfast and was back in the meeting room-went back upstairs to my room to get the rest of my stuff at 10:30 and my door was propped open already-we had not checked out yet. Don’t feel comfortable with the fact they just come in your room as they please. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Good hotel near hunting grounds.
Only complaints, hardly any water flow in sink, sticky white mess under the ice bucket, smokers congregating in front of main entrance.

No big complaints. Only problem I see is that the property seems a little bit understaffed. I’m not sure why they built two hotels right next to each other when it appears that they are struggling to keep them occupied. The owner better develop some quick marketing skills. Very nice staff and nice breakfast.
