Everything was good, except that the front desk was facing a machine for remote processing. For people with poor English, communication was a bit difficult. Fortunately, the other party used translation software and could understand each other's meanings.

I think our world is doomed
The remote check-in with an operator located in India, is shameless
Nothing wrong with the operators who were efficient and kind but I think this kind of check in marks the beginning of the end and it is ugly
Also, the ac is super noisy and together the dehumidifier make sleeping impossible

Can’t say anything about the desk staff because there was none, don’t really like the automation.
Room was great, clean and liked the 2 sinks.
Would stay there again.

Rooms were okay, internet was poor and spotty, none of the employees present in person could assist in English, all issues have to be coursed through a virtual front desk attendant located in a different country / different time zone. They cancelled my colleagues booking without telling him. Quite unprofessional. It was not the cheapest hotel, I expected more.
