No personal contact on site, restaurant closed, lamp in the bathroom broken, room smelled musty. But it was clean, easy to get to and a beautiful castle with a beautiful courtyard.

The castle is wonderful, we had a very nice, tastefully renovated room in the main building. The room was extremely clean. Unfortunately it is very close to the motorway; no problem with the window closed

We went to the Kommende for dinner. The castle is very impressive. The food was excellent, as was the wine, although at €12.00 per glass it was quite expensive. There was homemade bread for those who wanted it. The welcome and service left nothing to be desired. And the tiramisu at the end was very tasty. I would recommend planning enough time for a meal. I would be happy to go again, it was a lovely evening. S. Wolters

Nice reception, a little earlier arrival, a little later departure no problem. Location is also very easy to reach by public transport, great property, but right next to the motorway. Shower changes abruptly and very quickly from the set temperature to unbearably hot - condition not acceptable

The castle is a real eye-catcher from the outside and super beautiful! However, you are more likely to be accommodated in the horse stable. Totally old, smelly and worn out. Service, care and breakfast selection are absolutely abysmal for the price!!! You can only do it in a pinch...
