Do not book in advance at this hotel. I booked through Priceline which stated I had until 6:10 PM that day to cancel. My bank showed the charge pending which I expected. I had to cancel with them because my insurance company would not cover a tow truck to a shop this far. I canceled through the hotel and Priceline. The charge processed my account. I contacted the General Manager of the hotel who was extremely rude and told me I would not be refunded despite the policy which is in writing online. He then told me he was going to hang up on me. He hung up and now I have to dispute this charge for a stay that I did not have at this shady hotel.

The hotel was good. It was an older building but was redone nicely. The employees were friendly. There was no hot water for the shower in the morning, that would be my only complaint.
