Vi firade jämn födelsedag och blev uppgraderade till ett fint rum med utsikt över havet. Vi uppskattade att få sitta i en annan del av restaurang än där alla som deltog i konferens satt och åt middag. Mycket fin spaanläggning. Nöjda !

I have been in touch with Skepparholmen regarding my wedding. We made a reservation prior to the purchase of StureplansGruppen. The representative that helped us make the reservation left in December 2023 and a new person took their place in January 2024. I sent them an email after not hearing anything for a month (I had asked questions) and had to message them on Instagram to receive a response. I sent my last email on the 25th of January and have still not received a response. I have now emailed to ask them to cancel our reservation and expect a confirmation asap. I grew up in the area and we have had many dinners and SPA visits to Skepparholmen, but I won’t be returning after this. I don’t know if it’s the person or StureplansGruppen, but somethings very off. It’s very disrespectful not to reply for almost 2 months to a couple that are looking to spend their most important day with you, and pay you a lot of money to do so. Very disappointed!

Very nice reception, good food and drinks. The spa part is always the best. Enough people so you can get a seat. Good simple rooms where everything is available. Plenty to choose from for breakfast

Nicer than it looks on the outside. Nice newly renovated room with lovely window. However, noisy from the corridor. Would help if there were cloth mats there. Very good food both for dinner and breakfast. Good spa but a bit tricky with not getting slippers in the room. Your surroundings for walking.

Unique location on the Baltic sea.
Cozy rooms with very nice Spa.
Breakfast was amazing with pancakes and whipped cream too!
Receprionists are amazing and really endeavour to assist with every request.
I was granted an earlier check in.
Dinner was ok, but slightly overpriced.
The location is unique. A true must if you love nature and the sea.
Such a pity there was no kettle and teabags in the room.
Likely tea and fruit are available in the Spa.

Hopefully this hotel will join gold VIP program soon. The manager was super nice and offered me room upgrade. The room was simple and serve the purpose, however, it didn't have fridge though. The SPA was amazing, and I wish it allow guests stay there a bit longer.

View of the ocean view is nice. Rooms are simple but.ok. Food is ok but a big minus os that you have to pay extra for sauces (a lot) which is ridiculous. Weitors/ service personel unfortunately completely incompetent.
