We were in the accessible room. It is in desperate need of an update, especially the bathroom. The tub area was so bad neither of us used it and I had planned on a shower. We were only able to wash up at the sink. Also, it is NOT accessible. My friend uses a walker so we could have gotten her in the tub, but if she were using a wheelchair it would not have worked. It is not a walk in. The grab bars around the toilet are not placed correctly.
There is a very limited place to put anything. One of us had to use the coffee table to put luggage, so we could not use it for anything else like sitting at to eat. Marks and holes on the walls, curtains and carpet. It was dark and dingy. The breakfast was even bad. I have never had that experience at any hotel. We were grateful the beds were clean and comfortable at least. And the lobby was nice and clean as well.

The staff at the venue was very nice and helpful. They have an airport shuttle which is convenient since they’re right next to the airport. I have nothing but positive stuff to say about them.

I waited for 20 minutes to check in because the front desk worker was also the shutttle guy and was taking someone to airport. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, the ice machine was broke on first floor, and the pool was “out of order” which was very disappointing because we had a toddler.
