Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Golftrip. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Frühstück wird durch Corona auf dem Zimmer zu sich genommen. Alles außer Eierspeisen ist machbar. Sehr gutes Personal , am Empfang. Ebenso im Restaurant, kleine aber feine und schmackhafte Karte.

Positiv: - zumeist sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal - gehobene Ausstattung und gehobener Flair in den Zimmern, Zimmergängen und Aufenthalts-, sowie Speiseräumen - Parkplätze vorm Haus vorhanden - Zimmerfrühstück vorbereitet - Hundefreundliches Hotel; Verpflegung des Hundes sowie Überraschungspaket zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes - Interessant: enger Bezug zu Haribo, daher auch günstige Überraschungsboxen Bruchware im Angebot. - Kulturelle Angebote im Hotel (z.B. Saxophon-Klavier-Jingles) - kostenfreie Teilnahme am Nachmittagskaffee mit ebenfalls kostenlosem Gebäck etc. - abgelegene Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Rheins Negativ - Schneider (große Mücken) im Zimmer und im Aufenthaltsraum; nach einer Zimmerreinigung sollten diese weg sein - die Brötchen / die Croissants schmeckten wenig cross, eher weich Gerne besuchen wir das Hotel wieder !

Super vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer in helaas nieuwbouw gedeelte. Het karakteristieke kloostergedeelte was helaas helemaal gesloten. We hadden graag een kijkje binnen willen nemen. Ook de kapel was gesloten op de momenten dat we probeerden te gaan kijken. We hebben geboekt via Traveldeal, die ons niet duidelijk heeft geinformeerd over de sluiting van het kloostergedeelte. Er wordt voorgespeigeld alsof je in een romantische sfeer van het klooster terecht komt. Zelfs de binnenplaats en het terrs met mooi uitzicht was niet bereikbaar. Erg jammer. De maaltijden in de golf lounge vonden wij wel bijzonder, maar niet erg smakelijk. De portie waren karig. De bediening was overigens wel top!
