The holiday started off great but we were then confronted with an issue regarding a stain on the bedsheets, we could not figure out where the bluish black colour had come from as nothing in the room or our belongings resembled this.
Following this we had just had the room cleaned and there was a member of staff in our room, please look at the pictures to see what we found, this was one bed 4 pillows a pool towel and a bathroom floor mat, note the same colour stains on the new sheets and the bath towel.
I spoke to reception they said they would speak with the manager, we recieved a note giving a free massage but as it was dinner time and our last night we wanted to be out.
Later that night i met the manager Jalal Qneibi we discussed the matter and he was appalled, after he had a while to think he offered us a free weekend in one of 3 hotels which i thought was very generous.
He asked me to email him to confirm so when i returned i sent a message only for it to fail, i have tried 5 times to 3 different emails and even tried to call him to no avail.
Please check your linen and room and if there is anything at all not quite right i would advise you to immediately let the staff know so they don't try blame you.

I stayed this place and they upgraded my room with mini pool . Close to everything walking distance to the beach and and away from noise.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner is positioned so that it doesn't blow on the bed. Although there is no balcony with a sea view, the infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel can enjoy the sunrise on the east coast and the sunset on the west coast. This is a super bonus 👍 It's a bit gratifying. Only a small area of the top floor is used, and it is a pity that the rest of the space is a bit abandoned.
The service staff are very enthusiastic and polite. The biggest advantage is that the hotel is on the main road close to D’mall, so it is very convenient to go there.
It only takes about 7 minutes to walk to White Beach, which is highly recommended for independent travelers!

The room was average. I was arranged to live in a side building. There was no view outside the window. There was only an undecorated hotel. The breakfast was surprisingly bad. Huge difference! It can be understood as a shortened version of the domestic All Seasons Hotel!
Service: The service is not bad! The cleaning time is not fixed. Sometimes I go out in the morning and the room is not cleaned when I come back in the afternoon.
