The hotel is quiet and cozy, breakfast is a la carte. Filtered water in a dispenser. There is a place after the beach to wash the sand off your feet. Three minutes walk to the beach. Of the minuses, the air conditioner blows directly into the bed, we caught a cold. The bed is short! Not King size. For our height of 175 and 192, the legs were hanging down. Boracay is forever in my heart 💓

It's a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle, but it's so peaceful. I can sleep quietly I really liked that beach towels and mats were rented for free when I went to the beach. I had a comfortable stay because you kindly greeted me every morning. I bought a mango and wanted to cut it, but I was very grateful for the plate, knife, and spoon. The cathedral right next to the accommodation is also very sacred, and there was Station 1 within 3 minutes. I am satisfied with the location For breakfast, you can choose rice and bread, and it's good to eat lightly.

Very Good

The hotel itself left quite a pleasant impression. I had a room on the 4th floor (there is no elevator, you need to climb the stairs, but this is not a problem for me, besides, the receptionist helped me lift my suitcase). The room is cozy, bed linen, mattress and towels of good quality, clean. The room has a mini-fridge and a jug of clean water (watch out for ants, they can crawl there and in general they are present in the room). The bathroom is large enough, there are bathroom accessories, there was always hot water. Good stable wi-fi. The view from the balcony is quite nice, but the balcony itself is small in size and I had one side facing the construction site (the next building is a hotel being built). Sometimes there was a lot of noise coming from there. Also, strange insects sometimes appeared on the pillows (not ants, a bit like caterpillars with legs), so carefully inspect your pillows. I saw them in one night. The location is 2-3 minutes from White beach, the path goes deeper and not all tiles are even, but this did not cause me any problems. Breakfast is acceptable, you can choose from several types of breakfasts - continental, Filipino, Asian, they can also combine different dishes. There is also a laundry service (for a fee) - things were in perfect condition in 2 hours. Beach towels are provided, which can be changed every day after the beach. Very nice and friendly staff, always ready to help with all questions, for this special thanks!

The room was on the fifth floor. There was no elevator, but that wasn't a big deal for me. The view from the balcony was very good of the mountains. It was only a few hundred meters to white beach. The employees were very friendly and helped where they could.

The best staff ever! Super accommodating and took great care of us like a family member! Highly recommended if you like peaceful nights, literally walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants and shops! This is my go to place when we visit Boracay!

We took a number of rooms here for family and friends attending my daughter's wedding elsewhere on the island. I was tempted to rate this Poor but decided to stay with Average considering what other basic hotels there are on Boracay. The hotel is rather basic, but the staff try and make up for that. The biggest frustration is the noise. We had a first-floor room overlooking the entrance and lanai. The noise from people having an early breakfast was frustrating and meant you couldn't sleep in. Furthermore, the noise from people walking up and down the stairs and shutting bedroom doors was infuriating; the hotel is extremely poorly soundproofed. There is also a large building site right next door. The hotel is a 4-minute walk from the beach but it's down a side street and then lane. Not so good coming home at night but no issue with safety concerns. The breakfast was passable although the coffee and juice was disappointing. The rooms are small and the bathrooms old. All of the above said, this is fine if you don't want to pay a lot of more for the swanky hotels on the beachfront.

Excellent place to stay if you are on a budget and are not looking for frills. The place is a short walk to Station 1 and is not beach front. This didn’t bother us as our surroundings were quiet and safe, with trees as our view. The hotel is old and in need of refurbishing. The towels were ratty and discolored. New towels would not have cost that much and would’ve made a huge difference. Toiletries were basic - shampoo and small soap bars. The body wash container was empty and no toothbrushes were provided. Housekeeping should do a better job because we discovered men’s underwear hanging behind one of the bathroom doors; we were all women - yuck! Free breakfast selections were all good and the service was excellent. The staff were quiet and not annoyingly chatty around guests. HOWEVER, the night shift receptionist (a man with long hair) would go up and down the stairs at 11PM and 5AM to turn the lights on and off, with his clacking slippers making so much noise on the wooden stairs that it kept waking us up!!! How was he not aware of the noise that he was making?? We only tolerated it because we thought it was fellow guests who were making the noise, but I could no longer contain my annoyance and stepped out as soon as I was awakened again, to find out who it was. Please do something about training your staff regarding these basic, common sense courtesies to guests!
