Service is excellent. Staff and everything within this hotel. Truly amazing. Location just really sucks. It's a 2 min walk from White beach but it's not the part of Boracay beach you'll want to swim.

Nestled in the laid back part of Boracay, The Strand is the perfect escape for beach-goers who wish to rest and destress from their usual busy grind. The compound, surrounded by luscious trees and greeneries, provides guests a relaxing vibe, enabling them to work and have fun at the same time. The room we got was very clean and spacious. It was super comfortable for sleeping and catching up on work assignments, since I internet is steady and super fast. The staff are courteous and always available, going out of their way to make your stay truly memorable. Food is yummy. I recommend their nasi goreng and seafood medley, which are made from fresh ingredients. Opening soon is a coffee nook, with a variety of caffeine selection and new “menu goodies”. Will come back definitely.

This is a place where you find tranquility and peace. So relaxing and calm plus accommodating and polite staffs. Clean room, good food and has aesthetic vibes. Will surely comeback and recommend this place. :)

Everything was great at this hotel! Clean room, cozy atmosphere and excellent breakfast options. Every staff member I encountered, from the security to the check- in to the cleaning staff were friendly, pleasant and accommodating! Will definitely go back and recommend to family and friends!

Lovely place just 3 minutes from white beach, staff is very accommodating and the place felt like home. Currently renovating the rooms. The pool was clean and the food tasted good. Would definitely recommend and come back soon.

The Strand is a secluded resort surrounded by nature. It has been around for over a decade but has been maintained fairly well. I stayed here for a yoga retreat and we could not have spent it in a more appropriate place. The family suite happened to be vacant so most of our yoga and meditation sessions were held at the suite's balcony, providing a calming view of both greenery and sea. Their staff was so kind and accommodating, attuned to all our needs. They were very adaptable to weather, venue, and schedule changes (e.g. relocating our meal from indoor to outdoor and vice versa, relocating one of our yoga sessions to the beachfront). The rooms are quite spacious. The bed is comfortable. Toilet and shower are decent. The pool is alright. Since we were on retreat, we ate most of our meals at the resort. The kitchen went over and beyond to provide us with hearty dishes from soup to dessert, always leaving us satisfied. E-trike ride to D-mall was provided, which was a great convenience to my group. You can occasionally hear barking dogs and motorbikes but it is generally quiet in this location. You will more often hear the sounds of nature (e.g. raindrops, chirping birds), which contributed to the overall ambience of the resort. Although not a beachfront accommodation, the walk to the beach is a very short one. I like that this resort is situated at the end of station 1 (upon arriving at the beach, you will already see Lambros Point), which is more spacious with less people and establishments. Kudos to the manager, Mark, and to his staff, for our relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would gladly stay here again!
