This is my second time staying at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites but still enjoying the nice location of the hotel which is a quick 5 minutes walk only from the dmall and the main beach and the bulabog beach side as well. The staff are so friendly, easy to approach, and helpful in any way they can regarding your room and your stay. Will be back in boracay soon and will stay at this hotel again and again! The cleanliness is also ✨✨✨

Everyone, please note that even if you book a double double room in this hotel, you will be charged based on the number of people. Ctrip’s default occupancy is 1 person. I blame myself for not paying attention and not seeing it clearly when checking in. I was asked to add 3,000 yen per day and this amount is counted. After spending a long time, I finally miscalculated. When I checked out, I added taxes and fees, which totaled 500 yen. There was no bill details. This was also the first time I encountered this.
The room was so small that it was a mess. There was no way to open the two suitcases and there was a bad smell from the bathroom sewer. I had to close the bathroom door. The door opened outwards and took up a lot of space in the aisle. It was too small to move around. It was even more crowded. I stayed in the room for three days and the room was not cleaned. I put the garbage in my own bags and put them one after another on the door. Eco-cleaning only gives you two towels and two bottles of water. The remote control is also very dirty and has a lot of dust on it. The price is reasonable and the location also has a massage chair to rub your legs and the bath water is quite large.

Everything is fine! Price/quality) Initially we didn’t take breakfast, but in the end 4 out of 6 breakfasts were taken at the hotel because they are tasty and not expensive)
The staff is excellent, friendly, the beach is 15 minutes walk. Everything is nearby. I recommend the hotel)
