The room was catastrophically small, and we knew it. But we didn't expect it to be so dirty and unkempt. The location is amazing, the beach is 10 meters away and there are practically no people. This is a huge plus for the third station. However, even taking into account the location, this room was not worth the money. We barely survived 3 days in it. The air conditioner dripped onto the headboard, the sockets were torn out of the walls, the toilet was leaking and there was always a lot of water on the floor in the toilet. The hair dryer was broken. But the staff was friendly, like most Filipinos.

Ideally located at the 3rd station, slightly at the end of all active life, and this only has advantages: the entire beach is at your disposal, quiet and peaceful, you can get to the second station of active life by walking along the beach in a couple of minutes. When checking in, ask to upgrade to a room with a sea view, it's worth it. On the 3rd floor there is a gorgeous swimming pool, from which you can take great photos. I was very pleased with my stay.

The staff was great and friendly. The ocean view rooms are the best! Not a crowded place which is great for relaxing. Having the beach at the front of the property was so ideal. A little paper thin walls but nothing too crazy. Would definitely recommend the ocean view rooms.

Formerly known as La Banca, but now called Signature Boracay Blue. Stayed there for 4D/3N . We had a true relaxing and peaceful stay here at their Oceanview room at the 2nd floor. Only a few steps away from the room, an you will be touching the waters. The net in front is due to the habagat season, so if you have a choice, Amihan season is better when going. But either season, the view is still fantastic. Kudos to the staff , especially Jamille and Dan who from reservation to our arrival and up until our checkout were warmly welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place when you want a relaxing stay away from the crowded area of Station 2.(But you can still go there for the music, party, foodtrip , happenings at your own timing).Plus there is a "carinderia " where locals eat along the main road before going down Angol street to the hotel. We did not mind not having breakast with the booking as would like to wake up late and just take the "brunch" later on. THANK YOU to the people at Signature Boracay Blue, looking forward to coming back. More

We stayed at La Banca back In September 2023. The staff is very accommodating right from reservation until our arrival. I requested for the room to be decorated since it was my bday. They did not confirm via email but when we got there it was decorated. The room is small but cozy. Bathroom is big and complete with toiletries. Our room is cleaned daily as we have requested. Water bottled and toiletries are replenished. Clean towels are supplied daily, too. We rented the beach access suite so our view of the beach is immaculate. Location is after Station 3 so it’s peaceful and quiet.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und empfehlen jeden hier her zu kommen. Was gibt es schöneres als mit Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen? Das Hotel ist klein und direkt am Strand gelegen, und etwas weiter weg von den ganzen Verkäufern und dem sonstigen Tourigeschehen. Jedoch sind fußläufig die besten Bars und Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder !
