The location is great, just in the middle of the popular area called D'Mall. Lots of good coffee shops and restaurants in the radius of 200 meters. The best thing is that you won't notice that you are in the middle of the busy street when you are inside the hote.
The most popular white beach is just 500 meters away.
The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly.

The location is great. Everything is close, everything is nearby. There is no elevator. Music is loud all evening, from 17 to 23. Cleaning on request. Changing towels is the same.

Shower switch was broken. We need to hold it constantly so we can get a decent shower or else water comes out of the faucet below. There was animal poop on the roofdevk bar which I almost stepped on. I pointed it out to the staff so they can clean it up but did not do so. It was still there when I left 5 mins later.

It's great that it's located inside Tides Hotel D'Mall.
If you have a Travel Wallet card, it is easy to withdraw money.
I highly recommend wearing tights on the first day.
And the full bar price is really reasonable.
Happy Hour, cocktails are only 99 pesos from 5 to 9 p.m.
In my case, I moved to Henann Crystal Sands the next day.
I ate at Taiz Full Bar and then moved to Henann Full Bar.
