Amazing place! Quiet, cozy, wonderful staff! I recommend

Not a bad hotel for 3 stars, we had a standard room, nothing special, the only thing is the bathroom is small and there is no partition with the toilet, only a shower curtain. It was also crazy to me that changing towels is free once a week, but it costs 250 pesos. It is located at the 3rd station, a bit far from all the action, of course, but it’s quiet. A nice bar to sit in the evening. The staff is very polite and smiling. And the breakfasts are not bad, there is no buffet, the choice is from the menu. The choice itself is not very large, but everything is fresh and tasty.

Great location. There are no crowds of tourists wandering here and there, very polite staff. In front of the room there is an individual tap for rinsing your feet after the beach, as a result our room was always clean. Breakfast is simple, but at the same time tasty and filling. There is a lot of greenery and flowers on the hotel grounds. The atmosphere of comfort and tranquility.

Excellent hotel on the first line of the beach. There are few people on the beach and the second station is also close. 5 minutes walk to 7/11 store. Delicious breakfasts from 6.30 to 11 with a large selection overlooking the sea. The bar has a happy hour for cocktails from 15.00 to 20.00. The rooms are clean, large, and there is always hot water. Safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV. Cleaning upon request. Everything is perfect.

The CocoLoco Beach Resort actually deserves 5 stars or an "excellent" in all areas. I got a very nice room with a small terrace in a beautiful and well-kept tropical garden area. This seemed to me a good return for the price paid. So I was initially very happy with the room. There was also nothing wrong with the daily cleaning of the room, although the towels were only changed once a week. But then I realized that my belongings (backpack, clothing, shoes, etc.) were starting to develop mold. So there was a significant mold problem in the room. I asked the front desk staff about it and showed them the mold infested things and asked them to give me another room because of it. This was denied to me on the grounds that the mold problem pointed out would be due to the current climate and that the same problem was also encountered in other rooms. I couldn't determine whether this was true, but I couldn't refute it either. In any case, this disappointing statement led to the poor rating for "cleanliness" and "service". Even frequent airing of the room did not change anything about the mold growth, which is why my enjoyment of the holiday was considerably restricted.
