Staff - 1, at check-in they did not explain where the elevator was, they did not provide drinks and snacks, I had to find myself where I could get a drink. At the bar, the girl prepared a drink without wanting to, but didn’t give me a snack. Why is everyone in the reviews so happy that they say hello often, you are confusing true hospitality with sycophancy. It was annoying considering their true attitudes.
Service - 1, this is strange, in such a hotel they asked me for a deposit of 3000php or $100 for the safety of the room. When I was in the room, the maid came, I refused to clean because I was sleeping and did not want to have a dialogue with her. After 3 minutes she came again and wanted to come in and check my number - are you serious? I had to get up, get dressed and open the door for her so she could see what was in my room, why such interest? Where is the respect for my vacation?
Kitchen - 1, in the evening I decided to have dinner, they brought tom yam with funcheza, ha ha, your cook is just a genius. The soup contained 3 shrimp and a tomato with funcheza. This is a failure. Breakfasts are the same, there is a lot of everything but in fact everything is not edible.
Hotel - 1, it is built like a horseshoe, almost all rooms overlook the pool where children are screaming! In the evening there is karaoke shouting in the same bar, it seems everyone wants it, terrible voices. You will not be at peace in this hotel.
The room has mold in the bathtub, hard beds and pillows, everything is old and falling apart.
It’s good that I only took 2 nights and safely moved to a good hotel, which turned out to be cheaper.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Boracay so far. Although it’s in station 3, it’s pretty much close with everything. Customer service is top notch and the drying option is the difference maker as other hotels does not offer the same so you have to carry wet clothes at times. I don’t think I’ll book with any other hotels in Boracay in the future since I see myself staying here again and again.

When I viewed this hotel deciding where to stay, the fact that there were no windows was a real deterrent. However, when walking around, not many hotels have the beach frontage probably because of the high rent to do so. Yes, we had no window, but honestly, with the amenities at the hotel, staying in the room (except to sleep) was not a factor and probably no window made in quieter. All-in-all, a nice stay.

The rich breakfast is the biggest highlight;
The location is okay, although it's a bit out of the way, but it's very close to the starting point for water sports, sunset sailing, etc.
Our room can open the floor-to-ceiling windows, which makes it very comfortable even in winter, neither too cold nor too hot.
The only drawback is that the bathroom is a little short.

Everything like on the pictures. Good breakfast.Clean pool. Staff is polite and very helpful. Location can be a plus, but for us it was more like a minus. Too crowded. No sunbeds around. Deposit 3000 pesos.
