I usually don't leave reviews, but I absolutely have to say a few things about this hotel to warn others. There were ants in the room, and I had to clear out more than a dozen every single day. I later discovered that the ants had actually burrowed directly into the hotel room walls! The breakfast selection can only be described as pathetic, definitely not worth the price. Plus, the room itself is only on par with a budget hotel in China. For the same price, you'd be much better off booking the nearby Four Points by Sheraton.

We had a great stay at Pinnacle Boracay! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent and complete. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit of a walk to the beach and not as convenient, but still manageable. Overall, it’s still a great place for families who want a peaceful and comfortable stay in Boracay.

10/10 for vibes, 8/10 for cardio 😂 facilities looks fresh and amazing, but the beach access comes with a free stair workout.

Checked in after 3 PM. The first room was too noisy, so I switched to a second one. That was too dark, so I switched again to a third room, which was good, except for some ants. The service was average.

Hello! We booked the presidential suite, but had to switch to an upgraded room. The furniture was old, there was no hairdryer, and no amenities whatsoever. On the plus side, the sea view was nice. As for breakfast, nothing interesting, and the same stuff every day. The service, however, was excellent.

Excellent hotel, fresh rooms, and the bedding is white and cotton. The stairs to the beach weren't an issue at all. It's located on a secluded beach.

If you want a quiet place to stay away from the public and good value for money, this is the place for you! But you do need to pass through many stairs to get to the beach and climb back up, but definitely worth the it! Customer service is good, can be better, but it’s good. Overall, I had a great stay for my trip! I got to the get the peace I want away from the crowd.

Such a peaceful place, great facilities but can be improved on breakfast and service from the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Boracay! The staff were very welcoming and kind, especially to my son — they made him feel special during our stay. The hotel has its own pathway going directly to the beautiful beach of Station 1, which made it so convenient. The room was clean and cozy, and the ambiance around the pool and lobby was relaxing. It’s a great place for families who want both comfort and easy access to the beach. Definitely recommending this place! 🌴

I have mixed opinions about this hotel. On one hand, it is relatively close to the beach, and the stairs down to the beach are not too bad. The service was nice, though there were a lot of staff members (it seemed like almost one worker per guest). They were always greeting everyone with “good morning, madam” and “good morning, sir,” which can be nice, but with so many staff around, it can get a bit repetitive and occasionally annoying. The breakfast was okay, but it lacked options like ham, cheese, or other sandwich additions. The room was spacious; however, the Wi-Fi worked very poorly — I couldn’t connect several times, and even when connected, the signal was very weak, making it quite frustrating to use. Sometimes there was no internet connection at all in the room. In general, it’s a good budget-friendly place.

Will not recommend this property to my family and friends. It is clearly indicated early check in available upon request. Arrived at the property few minutes before 2pm even before i asked for early check in i already heard the staff our room number. To my dismay i was told to wait until 3pm since they were fully booked but how can they have our room keys ready if its fully booked? I asked for manager nobody came out, only to find out the staff named Ruen was the actual manager on duty who informed me that cleanings hours for each room takes 2hrs the following day out of curiousity and to confirm what i was told the housekeeping mentioned it only takes few minutes to clean the room whether it is for make up or after check out. Employees need to be honest which they can politely remind customers check in time is at 3pm instead of lying and making up excuses. Today, i check out at 12nn one of the newly arrived guest asked for early check in which they allowed and handed the keys. Is it because they are international tourists and im just a local? Not worth the mo ey i paid and regret that we stayed here i should have stick to the hotels i stayed before rather than experience this. I hope they transfer Ruen to the housekeeping to make the rooms crystal clean since he mentioned it takes 2hrs to clean!
