Excellent Service During an Emergency
We truly appreciate the hotel staff for their kindness and quick assistance during our medical emergency. They remained calm, helpful, and caring when we needed it most. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. We’ll always remember their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommended for anyone who values both comfort and genuine care

New hotel with great level of service. The location is a bit inconvenient and no beach service available, from hotel to the beach 4-5 minutes walking distance. Free transfers to Dmall are available. Very friendly personnel.

Great breakfasts, friendly staff, free towels for the beach and pool, a nearby hypermarket, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The ride from the port to the hotel takes only 15 minutes by tricycle. However, it was little bit disappointing that room service dinner wasn’t always available - some days, even basic pizza wasn’t an option.

Great hotel. Everything is new. Rooms are spacey and well designed. The food is plenty and tasty. Good for local and international visitors. Superb service.

Just walking distance from the beach. Very accommodating staff.
The rooms in the lower floors carry a bit of a smell.
