Overall a small Filipino style hotel. The hotel staff is clean, helpful and always ready to help. But for some reason it has its own rules, namely, the rooms are very small, there is no free water, check-out is at 11. It so happened that I had to communicate with the owner of the hotel, I turned to him with a small request, and I was shocked, he is very aggressive and inadequate. I really regretted that I booked and paid for this hotel in advance for 20 days. Don't repeat my mistake. 1-3 days maximum. There are better options for this money. And God forbid you from communicating with the owner.

Booking here is a wise choice we didn’t knew we needed. We’re not stuck with the crowd in station 1-3, we were able to visit the other popular restau and beach that was less crowded. staffs were great, never had a problem with them. room is clean as well. i would just say that the pillow doesn’t have air enough to be comfortable than usual, but all in all our stay here was great.

Agoda Website were deceiving, their offering ammenities that is not available at the hotel ,ammenities were disappointing and not worth choosing its better for you to look for other place COOLSTAY INN is horrendous! Please do not pick these place!!!

The hosts are friendly and accommodating, the package is affordable and budget friendly, the walk to the beach front is only around five minutes while walk to the food and establishments is around eight minutes,we enjoyed the small kitchenette in the room,the wifi internet is strong and no lagging, there was also a small balcony where u can hang around at night or morning , the Free breakfast is good and they deliver it to you in your room, there is also a small kitchen and dining if you wanted to cook meals by yourself at the ground floor ,the aircon just needs some improving.

Very clean room. Staff was lovely and very helpful. The AC was quite loud but i’ve stayed in other places as well and they all had this issue. Also very important bonus point, the only place that sells water at the same price as the supermarkets is this hotel! Thank you so so so much for that ＜3 Definitely recommend this place

Hi, sorry for the late feedback I just need to take a rest first. I just want to thank you for accomodations, staff, we stay for 2 nights and 3 days all goods the staff are friendly and the food is nice but the Aircon is just a bit noisy but thank you for your service.

Good stay, lovely staff, comfortable bed. Would stay here again for definite. It’s in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to white beach and the restaurants. The staff are also really friendly and will help you if you need it. Would stay here again!

100% excellent service and cozy accommodation...indeed, a well-spent weekends☺️☺️☺️ The location is just a walking distance to the beach. You can cook if you like, the place is very clean, linens smell good, other room facilities are excellent... KUDOS to CSI☺️🥰😍

really good place for a good price. nice location,very friendly staff. it was clean, you can order food, water, massage to a room. we stayed for 7 days. it is 5min walk to the center, 10min walk to the beach. You can always rent a cheap taxi (tricycle)
