As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with welcome drinks and a wet face towel to freshen up from our travel, all of which are well-appreciated. The staff were also very accommodating. The beachfront was easily accessible. Their restaurant also serves good food. Overall, our experience with the hotel was very pleasant.

Overall hotel experience is great. We love the location & hotel customer service. Only issue is the bed frame, the frame edge is quite sharp & causing us with minor accident.

The hotel is very close to the d’mall and many bars restaurants but in my opinion the hotel could have a better presentation from outside and the rooms are only okay, we had a hole on the wall and I was a bit nervios of having an animal coming out from there. Breakfast is included but nothing special, in fact the hotel has the space to improve their facilities and change them with a nicer style.

Perfect location close to the beach with excellence front desk service, however, noice cancellation is bad and you can easily hear the people talking on the ground floor.

Its actually budget- friendly to those who want to save for their travels. If they want to have more of like “posh” experience, it will definitely not be a place of your choice. You may opt to be in high- end 5 star expensive hotels. Anyway, I find this hotel cheaper and the staff and crew are all accommodating.
