Microtel by Wyndham Boracay

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious. There is no kettle or hairdryer in the room. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floors. They take you to station 2, but by pre-order. There is a smoking area. The downside is that the staff was disappointing. We arrived in the evening full and we just wanted to sit at a table on the sand, ordering only beer. The head madam of the staff came up and clarified that we were definitely not going to order dinner. We told her that we only wanted beer. As a result, no one approached us for an hour; we called out to passing waiters several times and asked for the bill in order to pay. But they didn't pay any attention to us. The service is zero. In the end, we had to go ourselves and pay 120 pesos for the beer. But the waiter said that you need to pay another 10 percent for service. What kind of service if we had to go close the account ourselves. We paid in the end, but the mood was ruined. You are perceived there as a bag of money, if you do not intend to buy breakfast for 480 pesos (they are not included in your stay), if you do not buy dinner, but only take beer, then the staff’s attitude towards you is no good. By the way, at a neighboring hotel breakfast costs 200 pesos. We went there. Fortunately, we stayed in this hotel for 1 night. When we checked out, the staff didn’t even say goodbye. We lived in other hotels at station 3, on Puka Beach, breakfast was included everywhere, the staff was very kind, but here the attitude was just terrible.
