Clean bedding and a more or less clean room. But in the bathroom they found a bunch of dead mosquitoes on the floor, and termites are eating away the door to the bathroom) Wi-Fi only works at night; during the day, consider it not there. We worked remotely and it was a nightmare; at one point we had to move to Starbucks, since mobile communications from 2 different operators also did not work well. The staff is friendly, the beach is nearby. The room is a bit dark.

It was a satisfactory stay overall given its price! Highly recommended if you're after easy beach access but it will be lots of walks if you're into bar hopping in station 2. Just some feedback below:
1. Pls ensure the room is ready by 2pm when guests arrive. We had to wait an hour, good thing we had to eat lunch while waiting.
2. Pls add electric outlets in the room.
3. The water heater doesn't always work.
4. Pls clean the room daily. We had to request on the 3rd day to clean the room.
5. Wifi works intermittently and slow most of the time.
I might stay here again in my next visit! Thank you! :)

The meeting point is right behind Astoria Beach (White Beach) very, very convenient! The room is too big, the bathroom is not bad, and there is a water dispenser (both hot and cold water) outside, which is convenient for those who like to drink instant noodles or drink water! Overall, I give it 8.5 points, 1.5 points are deducted because the sound insulation is not very good, you can hear some traffic sounds on the side of the main road, so it may be better to wear earplugs
