Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort

We needed up moving to Henan Lagoon. Pool is small and aukward. The hotel overall is just small. No room for sun beds or to lounge. Our room had a problem with the hot water. We asked them to fix it. The guy came to fix it and he spent 20 minutes in the room and just disappeared 🤣 and nothing was fixed or resolved. My wife lost her mind at that moment and requested a refund if they don’t fix it. They did offer an upgrade, but we were tired as we had just arrived and refused to move and gave them the option to solve it, however when you see things operating like that at a hotel, you just want out. The room was ok, not big and not small. Breakfast was not good at all. The overall experience wasn’t for us as a family of 3. Definitely nota 4 star. Access to the beach was the best part. I’d say it’s more suited for solo travelers, but even then id want more space to move around.

We really got to enjoy the pool! We're very thankful that we got upgraded from deluxe to pool access room. Though we have not availed the early check in due to the room was not yet available, still it was really a pleasant surprise that we got upgraded. Though the room mas quite old, it was clean, fair smell, and comfy. Breakfast buffet was okay, the location is quite far to dmall but the beach front access is so great. Staff were polite and accommodatiinh. We really had a great stay!

My friends had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay at Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort. They loved the beachfront location, the relaxing pool, and the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. The rooftop pool was an added bonus, offering a great place to unwind and enjoy the views. They also shared that the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout their stay. Overall, they had a great experience and would gladly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Boracay.

Had such a wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. I also appreciate the great service and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. Great hotel and friendly staff. The ambiance was good and accessible to all. Not too crowded.

It's far from the main road...no guest controll.the worst is the elevator.but in fairness the fudz at roofdeck was yummy
