All Suites Appart Hôtel | Bordeaux Centre Gare

We stayed one night at this hotel and would not come back again. We were disappointed as soon as we stepped into the room. It was far from the official photos shown here - we had one small window in the room, facing a busy road. We are aware of the price but even after taking that into account, it still falls short of the quality of a three star hotel, especially in respect of cleanliness. The room felt old with marks on the wall and ceiling, but we could get past that. The problem was that we saw strands of hair at multiple places, and dusts at the corners. It didn't feel clean. Plus the water pressure at the shower was very weak (see the photo) - in case it is an important factor for you. Further, you would have to slam the room door to close it properly and you would not miss it when someone else on the same floor did the same - so if you are sensitive to noises, we would not recommend staying here. There was a problem with the air-con at first and we had to ask the reception to fix it from their end. The positive side is that it is indeed close to the bus/tram stop and around 20mins by foot to the center. So it is relatively easy to get around. We would say, it would not have been this bad if you had your expectations managed. We would suggest the hotel to improve cleanline and put their rooms on different listings if there is such a big variation among the rooms of the same category, in terms of view and atmosphere...

I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room.

Great hotel, clean, good value and good location near the train station

Location was closed the flixbus station by walk and receptionist was amazingly friendly. Room condition was even beyond my expection and good enough to stay alone with a nice and huge window view from my window or I'm the lucky one to stay in a beautiful corner room. Thanks for having this good memory for my first time to visit in Bordeaux.
