There is a supermarket and a beautiful building close to the hotel. The facilities were as shown in the photos, but there was construction in the hotel for 5 hours, and the noise was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. The reception staff kept lying, saying it would be over within an hour, and took no further action. It was extremely stressful

Generic rooms. Management does not understand customer service. Booked a basic room, arrived and heater wasn't working. They moved me to another room with twin beds, which wasn't acceptable. Then they upgraded me to a very slightly larger room and acted as though i should be grateful, rather than annoyed at having to waste 30 mins moving twice.
I extended my stay, and after closing out previous bills, they tried to charge me for my service dog. Nobody should have to show disability paperwork more than once,.
*never refilled minibar. Asked 3 times ti replace steamer that didn't work.
Plus, very bad water pressure.

Not a pleasant stay
Inflexible management who nickel and dime you, €25 for 2 hour late checkout, tried to charge me after checkout for my service dog.

Friendly staff, but the neighborhood is quite creepy. Not many food options nearby. A prestige room does not mean it has a good view or is quiet—it's just bigger than other rooms.

受付の方は、チェックインの時間前でも丁寧にフランス語で対応くださり、
部屋の手配ミスがわかると、すぐにアップグレードしたいい部屋に案内してくださいました。
お部屋はとてもモダンでおしゃれで、清潔に保たれていました。シャワーやトイレも問題なく、大型テレビ、無料のミネラルウォーター、ミニバーがついていて、
どれも問題なく、とても使いやすかったです。
駅から近いので、市内に行くのはトラムやバスが良いですが、他の場所に行った日はすぐに帰宅できて便利でした。
周りは、ビジネス街でホテルなどがあり、目の前が大型のモダンな商業施設があるので、治安も問題ありませんでした。
とても満足です。
