Good location, very easy to commute to the rest of the town. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only issue we faced was the air conditioning. Overall, a great stay!

This hotel was good overall but I wouldn't walk around here late at night on my own. It's not a great location but the hotel is quite new and clean.

It is 2.8 kilometers away from the airport, a 35-minute walk. The light rain in the morning was very light, and we successfully arrived at Bordeaux Airport and Madrid, Spain, in about an hour.

The location is very convenient, there is a convenience store and light rail downstairs. There is also a paid parking lot

There is no lift and it is very inconvenient to carry luggage upstairs.

Right in the old town, the hotel is very new, and overall it is very good, except that the buffet breakfast at 12 Euros is very simple, and there are not many choices. Considering the price, it is still suitable, after all, inflation. At night, I was still a little nervous walking alone in the alley back to the hotel. But the front desk was very unreasonable when checking out, and I went down to check out a little later. The other party said it was okay at first and issued a receipt. When I waited until the Uber driver came to prepare to leave, I said that I would charge a fine of 10 euros for late checkout. There is not much money, but why not explain it before issuing a receipt to complete the check-out procedure? In the end, I left in a hurry and didn't want to argue with the other party anymore. The hotel is generally good and cost-effective, but some service staff are dissatisfied.
