Room was very small. We asked for single beds. But had 3 dogs with us. It was quite noisy from other guests even at 3 in the morning! The gentleman on reception was brilliant. Spoke English as my french is only school French from 50 years ago. So helpful. A nice clean safe stop

Parking area very good, service correct, to spend a couple of nights, you have to bring shampoo and a hair dryer, there are none.

The reception is until 9:00 p.m. Then you have to deal with the machine at the entrance. They don't provide hand soap. There is a device that gives foam in the shower and from there you have to take the foam for your hands. The equipment is quite basic and the hotel is very far from the center of Bordeaux. On the positive side, the receptionist was very nice and spoke Spanish, enough to understand each other. The shower water came out at a good temperature.
