The photos of this property make it appear SIGNIFICANTLY nicer than it actually is. In reality, this place is VERY run down, dilapidated, and disgusting. We made a pit stop here for the night on our drive back to Maine from Myrtle Beach and immediately regretted it as soon as we got to our room. This place has total boarding house vibes. There are clearly a lot of very questionable people who live here full-time. The entire place wreaked of cigarette smoke and it was VERY noisy (music blaring, people yelling, doors slamming, etc.). Our room had mold in the bathroom, half of the lights didn't work, and the air conditioning didn't work. It was so bad that we wound up only staying for a few hours and got a refund through *******. Avoid booking here at all costs!!!

The room smelled like an ash tray mixed with dirty mop water when I arrived. Then I found that the microwave was broken, it didn't turn and only heated food on one side. Then I found out that everytime I flushed the toilet I had to open the tank and reseal the lever or the toilet would run nonstop. The lid for the toilet tank is also cracked into 2 pieces. But the fridge and lights worked, the AC worked, and the bed was comfortable.

Place was so sketchy my wife was scared to stay there so we had to go somewhere else

Room was clean and seemed to be relatively newly refurbished. There was a TV, microwave and an apartment size fridge. It was really a small studio apartment. The only thing it lacked was tissues and cups to make coffee in the morning. Definitely would recommend.

The extended stay area has some terrible guests. As early as 4:30 am they’re up arguing and being loud and cursing. I understand that this is where they live for now but travelers like me who have to be in town prefer to cook which is why I chose extended stays. I appreciated a full size refrigerator. I brought my own hot plate. The cleaning staff need monitoring they don’t clean well or seem to report things that need fixing. My bed sheets were terribly ripped. I had to get my own bedding. The toilet tank was cracked and the toilet is leaking water inside the tank the water was constantly running. I took pictures and let the front desk know from my first day. Nobody came to look. The staff at the front desk are pleasant. The refrigerator was clean I must add that. Overall, I wouldn’t use the extended stay area again. Those people have serious issues and need help based on what I heard and saw. It’s still a hotel though. People can still have pride and decorum and consider that other guests expect quiet. I love that the hotel is well lit. I felt safe. I appreciated that I was refunded because the weather made me check out early. The hotel is 8 minutes from my family so I appreciated the location. But the management needs a better handle on the cleaning staff and the extended stay guests. Those two things are the only things that wouldn’t make me return.

Space for a hot plate, big fridge, and clean. Housekeeping staff was thorough and yhe front desk staff was cordial and professional.

This is a big facility, it did feel a bit sketchy but overall the room was really nice. It had a mini kitchenette a large fridge and was extremely clean so I was very happy about it. There's parking right outside the room. The customer service could have been better I walked around the entire property till I found my room and I asked where it was they just pointed at the back of the property but didn't tell me where. Didn't show me a map nothing.

Parking was ok but I didn't feel it was secure The building's exterior lights were strobing the entire stay.

Not worth the money saved The first room smelled like someone had just finished smoking in it. The desk person kindly switched me to another one, which was better. Until the people next to me spent all night screaming at each other and I could hear every word. Spare yourself. I have stayed here before and it was equally full of people who cannot keep their drama to themselves. It is also so full of people smoking pot that you can get a contact high walking through the parking lot. Never again.
