Posto carino, ma gentilezza ed educazione della reception pessima. la maleducazione delle risposte della reception non ha limiti, per la gestione di un pagamento, il personale dovrebbe spiegare l'accaduto.

Ho sorgionato assieme al mio compagno e ai nostri amici in questo hotel. Personale molto gentile e sopprattutto disponibile la simpatia fa' da padrone :-). Per quanto riguarda le stanze mancava la carta igienica ci siamo ritrovati con mezzo rotolo.... Sapone assente. Le stanze sono prive di persiane ma sono solamente provviste di tende oscuranti che a mio giudizio rendono la stanza poco buia, per chi come me al primo spiraglio di luce ha già gli occhi aperti consiglio una mascherina. Nel complesso qualità e prezzo son in linea con ciò che l'hotel propone.

Situato in posizione strategica per visitare i laghi , questo hotel inganna conservando una qualifica da 4 stelle ma al primo impatto ne strappa a fatica 3 . Forse l’unica cosa che rimane di un buon livello è la colazione, davvero varia e gustosa . Il resto , stanza compresa , dà l’idea di una struttura in declino anche se il soggiorno per poche notti è più che dignitoso . Proprietari gentili e disponibili .

Hotel familial très accueillant. Nous étions 41 personnes et nous avons passé 4 nuits et diné également. Le personnel est très dévoué. Le diner comportait 5 plats dont le potage était en 3ème plat. Tout était excellent ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Il est nécessaire de posséder 1 voiture car l'hotel est éloigné du centre ville. Félicitations à l'ensemble du personnel. De plus le français est utilisé

Upon arrival, we found a noisy air conditioner that would have made a peaceful nights stay impossible. Management offered an upgrade to a penthouse unit for a nominal increase because all other rooms were booked. Staff were very helpful with multi-lingual capabilities. Although, located near a busy interchange, road noise was not an issue.

Decidiamo di prenotare questo hotel a metà settimana per il venerdì notte… veniamo chiamati il venerdì pomeriggio alle 15 informandoci che la camera non era più disponibile perché c’è stato un errore nella loro prenotazione causa ospiti di un matrimonio hanno sbagliato a conteggiare le camere e non c’era più posto per noi (abbiamo anche un bimbo di tre anni)per rimediare ci dicono che hanno prenotato un altro albergo di categoria inferiore ma facendocelo pagare allo stesso prezzo… ovviamente ci siamo rifiutati ed arrangiati a trovare altrove.. mai successo che venissimo Chiamati rimanendo senza camera alle 15 del pomeriggio per la sera! Mai più!

Stanza molto pulita e buon servizio alla reception. La colazione è abbastanza varia e curata. Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro e mi sono trovata bene. La location è un po' svantaggiosa trovandosi su una strada principale, in caso di spostamento è obbligatorio usare l'auto.
