The location is very good and the service is very friendly. However, the hardware and software facilities are relatively backward. For example, the button of the kettle in the room was burned out. There were cockroaches in the room and there were also smelly women. The spa needs to be booked in advance. Although it looks good, it is also neglected in maintenance. Supplies such as shampoo are actually diluted with water. The breakfast is okay and filling.

Чудесный отель в историческом здании, полностью навевает атмосферу 19 века, рядом центральная улица и парк с бюветом. Завтраки выше всяких похвал, дополнительно в отеле есть спа (включен в стоимость), который тоже стоит обязательно посетить. Останавливались в день рождения, сделали приятный подарок в виде бутылочки вина ❤️🍷

這家酒店就在公園門口，比皇冠還要靠近公園，酒店本身就是一個百年建築，非常復古，所以設施很古老，房間昏暗，基本就是國內三星的設施，服務員態度很好，波爾諾米路過就行可以不住

We were upgraded for this one night stay: our suite was comfortable and cosy on a chilly autum night. The Golden Tulip is a smaller, historic hotel. Fairly recently renovated, it is not my taste in interior decoration, but it is redolent of its period, and speaks of the history of this spa town. We slept well in our firm, king bed, and enjoyed relaxing in the additional sitting space. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and was in good condition. There was a good buffet breakfast, although the restaurant was not open. The manager was friendly and she and other staff were helpful, for example with our luggage. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the park and springs area of Borjomi, but at night it was quiet. We enjoyed our one night stay.
