Trevlig personal i alla delar, av hotellet, men jag vill lyfta fram kvinnan på Bishop arms puben, som tillhör hotellet, hon har höjt servicenivån, till en mycket hög klass.

Ok, so nice hotel, clean and comfy room, good breakfast with lots of choice. Clean and decent gym. BUT: what is up with the ridiculous price for using the tiny tub you call a swimming pool/spa?? To pay almost 600 sek per person (that’s about 80 dollars) to use a tiny pool and make it sound fancy by calling it a spa is just not ok. We went instead to the adventure pool down the road, paid around 400 sek for a family of 4, and enjoyed water slides, the wave pool and a bunch of other stuff.

Tredje gången vi bor på hotell Brage, nära till alla restauranger och gångavstånd till Kupolen och IKEA. Ett fint hotell i Borlänge. Dock var extrasängen för kort för dottern och tyckte det var lite skitigt i trappuppgången men annars fint hotell, inte sista gången vi bor här.

Alla på hotellet, har en väldigt hög service anda, men kvinnan på hotell restaurangen ( Bishop arms) tog service till en helt ny nivå, närvarande men inte påträngande, svepte hon runt oss gäster, och såg till att alla hade det bra, gammal som ung( hon trollade fram leksaker o kritor till en junior, som sken upp som en sol)
Hit lär vi återkomma många gånger

Hår från tidigare boende låg kvar i toalettens papperskorg. Vatten fanns kvar i vattenkokaren.
Problem med chromecast löstes först till sista dagen trots att det påpekades direkt.
SPA-avdelningen annonserar att man har 3 pooler men 2 av dom är "sitt-kar" med 10 gradigt kallvatten att doppa sig efter bastu.
