La struttura davvero suggestiva...la storicità è concreta. I locali estremamente puliti, il percorso un incanto, i profumi delle saune inebrianti. Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso del personale..all' accettazione davvero poca cordialità. Al mio arrivo ho chiesto informazioni...date in modo scostante .

Siamo stati in questo hotel per tre giorni. Accoglienza, gentilezza alla reception e in tutti i servizi dell’hotel Camera superior con tutti i servizi, pulita e con vista mozzafiato sulla valle e Bormio. Veniamo ora ai difetti e in un secondo momento alle terme. Ristorazione: Cucina da dimenticare piatti non certo da 4 * dal costo proibitivo. Incubo posteggio, pochi posti facili e i rimanenti in tornanti ripidi. Distanza da Bormio circa 4 km sulla statale dello Stelvio. Per cui se si vuole scendere in città, specialmente di sera, occorre la macchina. Le Terme: Magnifiche, ben servite asciugamani e accappatoi senza limiti (a volte un po’ consunti ) per gli ospiti della struttura. Spettacolare la piscina a sfioro con vista sulla valle. Percorsi ben segnalati e molte vasche di vario tipo. Belle le sale relax. Orari liberi per gli ospiti. Quando l’accesso è consentito agli esterni le terme diventano quasi inaccessibili specialmente nei WE. All’interno ho notato poca sorveglianza per cui specialmente i giovani non educati ti costringono a spettacoli non edificanti.
