Llegamos y todo bien pero no nos dicen que es en otro edificio…, tuvimos que volver a recepción por que donde estábamos no era, en fin con decir que por los pasillos había bolsas de basura de los apartamentos puestos en la puerta con un olor horrible…, además la gente que estaba ahí con las puertas abiertas cocinando con olor a frito por todos los pasillos que pasábamos con una mezcla de humo de tabaco, ya teníamos miedo de ver lo que nos encontraríamos y efectivamente la habitación tenía un olor a tabaco horrible y quemaduras en el sofá y poca higiene en la habitación sin contar que pese a quedarnos por que era muy tarde cuando llegamos se escuchaba la autovía, además las camas si quieres levantarte con necesidad de ir al fisio es el sitio perfecto para dormir.

Estancia satisfactoria para una sola noche. Dormir en el sofá cama es un infierno, sales con dolores múltiples de espalda. Al apartamento le falta un mantenimiento y reparación del mobiliario. Hay que tener en consideración qué está a las afueras de Sevilla, enfrente del Ikea.
Quizás en el algún momento de alta ocupación se escuchen muchos ruidos a lo largo de la noche.

El alojamiento muy agradable, limpio cómodo. La atención inmejorable. No merece la pena pagar media pensión, cómo fue mi caso....ya que no te dan variedad a elegir....pero gracias a Emilio, camarero del restaurante, mis hijos pudieron cenar gustosamente, una persona maravillosa, muy resolutiva y sin duda de las que no te encuentras todos los días, maravilloso, educado, respetuoso, agradable, amable.....sólo tengo adjetivos buenos para describirlo, volveríamos sólo porque nos vuelva a atender él.

Somos una orquesta y nos hospedamos en este hotel para un concierto en Sevilla. La primera noche sacaron a un muerto de hacía meses, todo el hotel emanaba un hedor terrible. La segunda noche a la madrugada tuvimos que aparcar la furgoneta en la calle porqué el aparcamiento estaba lleno. Nos robaron todos los instrumentos. Lo peor es que en el cuartel de la Guardia Civil nos encontramos a una pareja a quiénes habían robado DENTRO del aparcamiento aquella misma noche. El hotel no tiene cámaras mirando a la calle ni en el párquing y hace oídos sordos de los robos que acontecen. JAMÁS podría recomendar este sitio, huid ahora que aún estáis a tiempo.

We first arrived a bit shell shocked after staying in quaint hostels in Southern Spain. This place is large, Soviet-block style, and in a more crowded suburb than in quaint Cordoba & Granada (of course Seville is a bigger city than these, so shouldn't be a big surprise). So it took some time to adjust but once we did, we had a pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette that did the trick (only problem was no wine opener so I had to buy one at a supermarket). Parking was comped in the adjacent underground garage, with a convenient elevator to the floor where our room was.
