It is true to say I haven't stayed here and watching them on 4 in a bed (which they came last) I would not stay here if you offered it free. What bad players they were with underhanded game playing. Thankfully it didn't work out for them. Overpriced and over rated from what I viewed on the programme!

Wanted to look round, today(3rd September). Can not get in cones closed off road and car at side with security in, read the reviews said full of Refugees, what is going on, should be full off. English visitors, and guests, what a fass, just too soft, use to work there too, what a state to be in,

Booked room on 20th July direct. Arrived after 7 hour drive to find closed. No communication. Found out it was for asylum seekers. Mick the manager was brilliant in finding another hotel in the area for me and my dog. And even showed me the way. Disgusted with hotel and the lack of communication

We were booked to stay at this hotel for two nights recently, and although they had all our contact details, they never tried to make contact with us to advise that the hotel is now closed, and under contract with the Home Office to provide accommodation for illegal immigrants. All paid for, of course by you and me - the Great British Taxpayer! Luckily we managed to find alternative accommodation, but the hotel handled the matter dreadfully, and I will not book there again.

I booked a stay through *********** to recieve a phone call a week before my stay to say they had taken a contract from the home office and they are having to cancel my stay. No mention of my refund and after 3 follow up phone calls from myself to enquire about when i will receive my refund, i only got through to a caretaker who had no clue what was going on.

Got a call to cancel my booking at short notice, suggested I stay in Grantham which is miles away as I was attending an event nearby, I have had to pay an extra £100 to get a room nearby. no offer of a future deal or discount in compensation.
