Loved resorrt landscaping, palm trees, flowers, waterfall, surrounded by amazing mountains. Immaculate RV sites. Our site was on golf course, peaceful & fun to watch golfers. Real resort feel...Pool, spas, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts. Bathrooms at pool are clean, well decorated & have own showers. Staff friendly and eager to help. We were there 14 days. Close to town & Anza Borrego State Park. Highly recommend this beautiful RV Resort.

The park for the most part is good. My biggest complaint is the lack of internet. I'm not talking about slow internet. I'm talking about no internet. If you stay in the last five - six spots of the Fairways 900 section, (929-935), the internet will not be available all day. There were days we had hours of solid internet then as if someone flipped a switch, it would go away. A signal was strong, just zero internet. The regional manager even came to my site and verified this during the week but didn't resolve it or didn't know how. The rest of the park seemed to have internet. As I walked away from this area, I would get a connection. So buyer beware, stay away from this area if you want internet.

This is undoubtedly a beautiful park but, there are a few things we didn’t like. First being, on any given day it is like musical chairs with the RV’s moving from one spot to another. We monitored three sites around us and for the reasons they had these sites change from one to another made no sense at all. We had one neighbor that had been there for a month, were moved once, and then with other sites available were made to move two days before they were to leave. The rig that took their spot was in it for those two days and also left. There were other sites just as nice! Makes no sense at all. This was happening daily. We were there for 6 weeks and had to move once. Second being, golf. They do not want to sell you 18 holes. If your t-time is 8:00 or so and you asked to play 18 they claim when you make the turn the course is full. I never saw it full. $40.00 for 9, $55.00 for 18, you figure it out. Third being the pool area needs to cleaned up and the spas need to be hot. Very disappointing to walk all the way over to the pool area to use a spa and it’s not hot. Also, a few of them, I would not get into, very filthy. Outside of these things, I would return with some understanding that I am not moving my rig, if I want 18 holes of golf I want that, and the pool area and spas need to be working and clean. If you’re paying the money you can require what they claim to be as true. If not, there are a lot of other parks to go stay at.

This park is usually excellent, and we have stayed here for at least five years. During our last stay in October-November 2023, it did not meet its normal standard of excellence. The pool area is a major problem. The large pool was too cold for swimming on many days; on other days, it was turbid. Two of the three mineral pools were just lukewarm. There is insufficient poolside furniture for the number of guests in the park. The pools are one of the main reasons we stay, and it was a great disappoin**ent to find this unsatisfactory situation. Coyotes frequent the park, presenting a danger to small pets and children. The coyotes are hunting many ground squirrels that infest the park and must be controlled. We tried to have our propane tanks filled, but the park was out. This is the second time this has happened. The camp hosts are exceptional and do an exemplary job of keeping the grounds clean and presentable. Our site was shaded, quiet, and very comfortable. We would like to see the weight/exercise room reopened now that COVID restrictions have been lifted.

What they don’t tell you is how many coyotes are living in the park and adjacent roadrunner park my friends dog went missing and so did another dog during the same week. They should tell people when they book their stay about all the coyote’s. The coyotes come out all day long and run throughout the golf course and park.

Beautiful RV resort. Very spacious sites, flat concrete pads, perfect utility placement, extremely well maintained and incredibly clean, super polite, courteous, and helpful staff. Gorgeous setting with full amenities. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely golf course, nice pool and tennis / pickle ball court, and decent sized dog area. Super easy to get to, town nearby for shopping and dining. Power and water pressure were both excellent. Will ABSOLUTELY come back. Highly recommend this campground.

This park has potential to be really nice. The sites are level, there is a round wrought iron table at each site but no chairs, the backdrop is nice and there is a golf course. They drive by and pick up your trash but no one tells you that. We figured it out by watching. We’re it falls short is the basic service of amenities. There is allot of out of order signs posted on bathroom doors. The dog park is right by the pool. It is all dirt and really stinks of urine. The trashcan for poop is by the gate an infested with flys. There’s lots of nice grass around for golfers but dogs are not aloud on it. The playground area is all wood chips with a very old play set. Awful really. The pool was very cloudy and after the weekend I know why. At one point I counted 49 bodies in the pool. Each group had a different kind of music blaring on there speakers. There were so many ice chests and umbrellas surrounding the pool. Lots of beer/beverage drinking and no one getting out of the pool to use the restroom. So gross. No outdoor shower that I could see. The safety device was a tangled mess. There was only 14 lounge chairs. No management once so ever. There was a sign that said restaurant but there wasn’t one. There was a sign that said spa but no one was ever there. There was some small pools/jacuzzi’s supposedly mineral pools but they were very cloudy and usually full of little kids. We there there with a group. They let us use the community room but we had to set up and tear down all the tables and chairs. No help offered. Like I said I want to love this place but I did not leave feeling very good about it.
