The room is very good, with a view of the swimming pool outside the window. In summer, the air conditioner needs to be turned on all night, and the hotel restaurant is closed until September 1st. Checked in at 2am and there were no issues. I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and it is my first choice hotel in this area.

Stayed for only one night, wish it were longer. Nice property, friendly staff. Large, clean room. Very quiet, hard to tell anyone else was around. Even had a little patio. The onsite restaurant ‘Arches’ was very good too.

The room was good. The resort was nice. The restaurant was OK. The incidental charge for $189. That’s been on my card for the last five days is the reason why I’m really irritated with them.

Nice resort stayed many times. We rented two side by side rooms for our family of six. Just one small complaint: daughter needed bedding for sleeper sofa. She requested it over the phone and they told her to come to lobby to pick it up yet two workers were sitting there doing nothing. Why didn’t they deliver it themselves? Not a good look. Otherwise, always a pleasure to stay here and we love the spacious suites!

The room was dark, dank and smelled of mildew. I complained to the manger and he promised a refund which I never received, he said it was because it was booked by Tripadvisor. This place is partially closed, run down, not anywhere close to a resort.

The pool was probably the best part of this establishment. The rooms have seen better days. Less than average for the price paid.

We have stayed here a few times because it is dog friendly. The property is a little dated, but it always has clean rooms, well kept grounds and a friendly staff.

Hot tub was well kept. Loud group of drunk men took it over in the evening so could night enjoy it at night.

We had a nice 3 night stay at the resort. Pool was quiet and clean. We hiked in the mornings, relaxed in the pool during the day and made it to Julian for a day trip. Overall nice place to stay and get away.
