Nous sommes arrivées en ayant réservé une chambre double, avec télévision. On nous a attribué une chambre avec deux lits simples et une télévision qui ne fonctionne pas. Des cheveux ont été retrouvés dans la douche et sur la toilette… Chambre très mal insonorisée. On a voulu voir le responsable à plusieurs reprises, mais sans succès… On nous disait toujours qu’il allait arriver… Bref, je déconseille !

Sowas von unfreundlich! Noch nie erlebt!! Begrüßt worden vom Hoteleigentümer (!!!!) mit „seid froh das ich Euch das Zimmer nicht storniert habe, und nehmt das Zimmer was ich euch gebe!“ Die Buchung hat ihn nicht interessiert. Wir haben ein kleines Zimmer bekommen, obwohl wir ein großes Zimmer gebucht haben. Schleierhaft, wie sich sowas Hotel nennen darf. Aller schlimmster Service den man je erlebt (ausgenommen der Mitarbeitenden, die waren eigentlich nett). Ein Stern daher auch viel zu viel.

There were bed bugs in our room. This place appears fancy in photos but in person it's all fake and falling apart. The desk staff is lazy and unhelpful. There is a reason they always have vacancies when everyone else is full.

Owner is very friendly.
Checkin/checkout was smooth, hotel is centrally located but lacks toiletries.
The interior has lots of decorations and is honestly mesmerising. Lots of stairs so beware of that if you have a stroller or heavy luggage.
Breakfast (continental) was included but we never tried it because we were out until late.
Overall a pleasant stay! Recommend this hotel!😁
