Wunderbare Aussicht über den See, nicht zu toppen! Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut: Erstklassig die Suppen: Kürbiscreme von ganz ausgezeichneter Qualität und Steinpilz Cremesuppe, ebenfalls toll. Dann rosa Roastbeef mit sehr leckeren Bratkartoffeln und Butterscholle. Zum Abschluss eine Käseauswahl geteilt. Insoweit: Klare Empfehlung. Nun die Abstriche: Aperitif wurde vergessen..... Aber als Entschädigung gab's einen Prosecco aufs Haus. Hauptgang kam, obwohl noch Wartezeit erbeten. Auch an den Nebentischen beobachteten wir den ein oder anderen faux pas...... Alles durch den überaus freundlichen Service ausgebügelt. Gut, wenn man mit Fehlern so umgeht!!!

Auf unserer Motorrad Tour steuerten wir dieses nette Lokal am See an. Unsere Freundin war schon einmal hier. Von außen und auch von innen sieht es unscheinbar und etwas bieder aus. Innen war aber alles recht neu. Aber der erwarteten Kundschaft (eher etwas älter) angepasst. Die Mannschaft der Bedienung und Kellner waren sehr jung. Die hatten ordentlich zu tun. Nett und schnell bekamen wir unsere Bestellung an den Tisch draußen gebracht. Meine Himbeere Torte war sehr lecker, fluffigen Teig und frischen Früchten. Der Cappuccino Schaum war fest und zart. Sehr gut, tolle Qualität volle Punktzahl. Parkplätze vor der Tür und Luca App zum einloggen. Vorbildlich

Toll! Alle Zimmer mit Blick auf den Plöner See. Im Erdgeschoss sogar Zugang zum Wasser von der Terrasse aus. Nach einem Besuch der ganzen Familie (12 Personen) der Karl May-Spiele in Bad Segeberg (30 Minuten von Bosau entfernt) haben wir den schönen Tag im Restaurant mit ein guten Essen ausklingen lassen. Für alle war etwas Leckeres dabei. das personal ist ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und kompetent. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Restaurant mit Blick auf den See ist traumhaft! Nach dem Gewitter sind wir noch auf den hauseigenen Bootssteg. Das Essen war super lecker! Der Service einfach perfekt! Wir kommen wieder! ❤️❤️❤️ Das Team harmoniert einwandfrei!

We loved our stay at the Strauers Hotel am See. We had never heard of Bosau and could not believe how lovely and scenic the town is. They apparently call this place the Switzerland of Northern Germany. The hotel room was modern and recently renovated. The room had a spectacular views of the lake (Lake Plön) was simply breathtaking. The hotel manager (young man) was so helpful. The food was similar to many Michelin 1 star restaurants.

Nach Monaten ohne Restaurantbesuch konnten wir dieses wunderbare Restaurant mit traumhafter Lage am Plöner See kennenlernen. Erstklassiger Service und eine sehr gute Küche lassen den Besuch zu einem Erlebnis werden. Besonderer Dank dem Geschäftsführer für sein innovatives, kundenorientiertes Arbeiten.
