The Larches Ledbury Bed and Breakfast

We have just returned from a two night stay at this excellent B & B. Our room was the Kingsize ensuite with amazing countryside views, we cannot fault anything with it. There was a guest lounge and terrace area which we used. The latter was lovely to sit out in the evening with a drink and just savour the peace and quiet. Breakfast was faultless. To avoid waste and ensure a perfectly cooked meal, you pre-order the night before and advise of your preferred time between 8 and 9.30. There is also a selection of cereals and fresh fruit salad along with yoghurt. Inga is the perfect host, and nothing is too much trouble. A mention also to Malcolm (ingas husband) and moraq the soft black lab. We will definitely stay again when back in this area

We stayed in The Motor House which is part of the estate. An absolutely beautiful ‘barn conversion’ - immaculately clean, very spacious, warm and full of character. Inga and Malcolm made us extremely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. A delightfully quiet part of the countryside yet still only 15 minutes drive from Ledbury. A great location for our classic cars related weekend adventures !

An outstanding B&B set in amazing countryside. Breakfast is delicious and the sausages from Waller's in Ledbury were outstanding, so much so we called into Waller's and bought some to take home. The view from the rooms are stunning and if you are looking for a peaceful countryside retreat then The Larches is the place for you. We were recommended to eat at The Oak Inn at Staplow and wow what a delightful country pub with outstanding food and beer. This is one of the best B&B's I have ever stayed at, well done Larches.

Absolutely fantastic, only stayed the one night but what an absolute amazing place, great room, fantastic hosts, cracking full English breakfast and Morag the labrador give you the most warmest of welcomes

We took all rooms for a wedding as a group of friends. We were welcomed to our rooms at the time of arrival which was before check in, which was great. Everything was spotless. Comfy bed. Clean and spacious separate bathroom (not en suite). A cosy guest lounge with fridge which is useful. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with homemade jams and honeys as well as an excellent fry up. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

To put it quite simply, our stay at The Larches was absolutely superb in every way. The hosts were friendly, kind & very accommodating. Our room was truly lovely & extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Most Highly Recommended. :)

Just stayed at The Larches for 1 night whilst on Business in Ledbury. Absolutely fabulous in every way. Greated by host and offered a drink upon arrival. Room was spotlessly clean and most comfortable bed and cotton bedding. Peaceful and slept like a log to the sounds of nature. With the Malvern hills in the background. The bathroom/shower was modern and to a high spec. A lovely selection of toiletries. Plentiful. The breakfast was more than enough to keep you fuelled all day. Malcolm even offered to do mine earlier than advertised as I had to be gone by 7.30am. Very thoughtful and accommodating. Very interesting stories to tell especially when I noticed the polished crankshaft on the lounge window sill. Not just any old one at that! The surrounding gardens and countryside is stunning. For evening meal just down the road at Staplow is The Oak Inn where they do good home cooking and service with a smile. On Tuesday night they were full of people eating, I always go back when in the area. Keep up the good work Malcolm and Inga you have an excellent B&B and at a very affordable cost. I will be back. Beautiful secluded home in the woods. Fairly new so things are quite modern (compared to typical B&B). Owners are very friendly and served a delicious breakfast.

Sadly out visit wasn't a normal one as the storm has cased a power cut meaning we had no electricity, no shower, heating etc but the owners were so lovely to us and did everything they could to make it a pleasant stay.
